I’m looking for a technical cofounder who can work with me to build software that supports founders at scale and then eats the $9B coaching industry (and beyond).

The short-term vision is that we jam and test MVPs using my existing audience before finding something that works. The medium-term vision is that we then apply to YC and expand our user base while experiencing a lot of growth and learning a ton. The long-term vision is that we use my knowledge of founders and psychological change, our knowledge of running a startup, and your technical expertise to replace the $9B coaching industry (and beyond) with the first product that enables ethical, deep, relational personal transformation.

I’m recruiting a YC-funded, full-stack CTO with uncommon empathy, passion for personal growth, and experience shipping great-feeling, user-facing products. Ideally you identify as a craftsman and coding is your flow state. I’m looking for someone with the ability to integrate existing language models into user-facing products.

What you do:

• You’re a YC-funded CTO and full-stack engineer with experience shipping great-feeling, user-facing products, ideally in gaming and/or b2b or b2b2c.
• You’re able to integrate existing language models into user-facing products.
• You have a strong design and aesthetic sense and identify as a craftsman. You take pride in your work and your product development is exceptionally thoughtful.
• Coding is your flow state, but you’re also open to making the transition into a management role as the PDE team grows. You know when to step back and when to lean in.
• You have uncommon empathy for your users.
• You can easily translate deeply technical topics to your nontechnical counterparts.
• You’re gifted at taking big questions and shaping them into small experiments that allow for fast feedback and quick, iterative dev cycles.
• You have extensive personal experience with, and deeply understand the value of personal development work. You want to explore how to create products that scale this type of impact.
